We know that the wines impart a sensation or feeling to the taster, and we wanted the wines and labels to help describe this feeling to people. We know that music also imparts a sensation and feeling to the listener, so we decided to collaborate across the vineyard, the winemaker and song. Each wine is named and labeled for the sensation it will give you with a song to guide you.

Rebel Rebel is a fun, funky wine, from outside our region. It’s bright and sassy, also a bit rebellious for a Santa Ynez Valley/SRH winemaker (the vineyard is just outside our appellation—2 miles north of Bien Nacido). It’s energetic, colorful, slick and modern, much like the music of David Bowie.
